Provider and acceptance
Elegant Habits is provided by Elegantmind LLC. These terms cover the Elegant Habits apps for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch, and eleganthabits.com. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms and any applicable App Store terms.
Personal use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Elegant Habits for personal, lawful purposes. You may not reverse engineer, resell, disrupt, or misuse the service except where applicable law allows it.
Apple license terms
Your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a different agreement is displayed by Apple for your storefront. These terms supplement, rather than replace, rights you cannot waive under applicable law.
Health disclaimer
Elegant Habits is a general productivity tool. It is not medical, mental-health, diagnostic, or emergency advice. Consult a qualified professional for decisions requiring professional judgment.
Subscriptions
Optional monthly and yearly Pro subscriptions are sold through Apple. The app displays the subscription duration, included features, localized renewal price, and any free-trial terms before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account. A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel it through your Apple account settings before renewal. You can manage or cancel the subscription through Apple and restore an eligible purchase inside Elegant Habits. Apple handles billing and refund requests. Canceling stops future renewal but does not retroactively refund the current period except where Apple or applicable law provides otherwise.
Your data
You remain responsible for the routines and information you enter and for exported files you create. Please maintain any backup you consider necessary.
Availability
We work to keep Elegant Habits reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain unchanged. To the extent permitted by law, the app and website are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
Responsibility and legal rights
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elegantmind LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app or website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
